Perfect Boiled Eggs
Boiled eggs have a love hate following. I love ’em. They’re convenient and require almost no prep. Archer loves them too and talk about a great to go food!
Perfect way to make them: instant pot. Seriously. The shells FALL off and it takes less time and water than a pot on the stove. So here’s how you do it.
1 cup of water
6-8 eggs (that’s all I can fit in mine)
Wire rack that comes with the Instant Pot
- Pour water into instant pot and place wire rack in pot
- Arrange eggs on rack
- Put lid on and twist to lock (make sure vent is sealed)
- Press manual and set for 6 minutes
- Release valve IMMEDIATELY when time is up and take lid off
- Put eggs into bowl of ice water
- Peel and enjoy!!
