5 Stroller Tips No One Tells you

5 Stroller Tips No One Tells you

We have 4 strollers. Yes really. 2 kids, 4 strollers. 2 double strollers and 2 single strollers. And you know what? We use all of them on a regular basis!

  1. They don’t all fold the same. Practice before you leave the house, opening and closing have different challenges. Also practice getting it in and out of your car trunk. Some won’t fold with certain attachments or even all seats attached, so it’s good to be aware!
  2. Back is best. No not JUST with sleeping, but in any challenging stroller situation. Door you can’t get through and no one to hold the door? Back it up! Big curb to get down OR up? Back it up! The bigger wheels can handle it and it won’t jostle your baby much!
  3. Basket size matters. You need room to shove things without worrying if they will fall out without you knowing. If the basket size is small, find a console you can add to the handles for extra storage!
  4. Do a test run at home. This is more important with little babies. Buckle them in and see that the straps are the right length and tightness, it’s going to be a loooong walk if you keep stopping to readjust a slumping baby.
  5. Accessories can really be helpful. It’s easy to want to keep your kid(s) contained when you’re out during the pandemic so there are a few things that can make your life and their trip a little more enjoyable! A fan when it’s hot, adaptors for the car seat or an infant insert are all very helpful but not totally necessary!

And remember, Youtube and I will always be there for you whenever you need help. 😉
